There was once, but they abandoned the town long ago, once the lawlessness and violence reached a critical point. It's only been two years since Umemiya-san took the top spot of Furin and cleaned up the town, so perhaps they'll return someday... though I wouldn't be surprised if the townsfolk didn't welcome them.
