[It's a strange disparity between them--though Luke still feels his parents' absence so acutely, he'd been blessed with a loving family before he had the chance to know what it was like without one. He'd made sacrifices for Rosa even before he left for the capital, but those were choices he made of his own volition, not anything born from a vital necessity.
